For the Spices

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large casserole dish.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat, season the chicken, and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and shred.
  3. In a large pot of salted water, boil spaghetti for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, cream of chicken soup, and chopped bell peppers. Add spices and mix well.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture into the greased casserole dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  3. Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before garnishing with sliced green onions and serving.
