- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5 inch loaf pan by greasing and flouring it.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Rub the granulated sugar with lemon zest in a large mixing bowl to infuse the sugar with citrus aroma.
- Add the room temperature eggs, whole milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and fresh lemon juice, mixing until smooth.
