Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the sliced strawberries, reserving a few for topping.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly into four jars or containers with lids.
  4. Cover the jars and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the oats to soak and soften.
  5. When ready to serve, give the oats a good stir and top with the reserved strawberries. Enjoy cold or warm them in the microwave for about 30 seconds if desired.
