Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and vanilla protein powder.
  2. Add the almond butter, softened cream cheese, honey, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined. You may need to use your hands to fully incorporate everything.
  4. Once the mixture is combined, refrigerate it for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  5. After chilling, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  6. Place the protein balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for another 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
