Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium heads of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish, optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the glaze.
  4. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
  7. Serve warm as a side dish or a healthy snack.
