  2. Preheat your smoker to 250°F using peach wood chunks.
  3. Place the ribs bone side up on a wire rack in the smoker, ensuring space for smoke circulation.
  4. After 45 minutes, spritz the ribs with apple cider vinegar; repeat every 30 to 45 minutes.
  5. Let the ribs smoke for 3 to 3.5 hours until the meat pulls back from the bones.
  6. Combine BBQ sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Place the ribs in an aluminum pan, pour in BBQ sauce, add butter, cover with foil, and return to the smoker for 30 to 45 minutes.
