  • 1 cup Coconut Milk can substitute with full-fat dairy cream
  • 3 tbsp Yellow Thai Curry Paste can replace with red curry paste
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Red Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots cut into thin ribbons
  • 1 medium Red Onion sliced
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro for garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, combine the coconut milk and yellow Thai curry paste until smooth.
  2. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C), placing a pizza stone in the center.
  3. Roll out the artisan pizza dough to approximately 11 inches in diameter on a floured surface.
  4. Spread the Thai curry sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border.
  5. Layer sliced red bell peppers, carrot ribbons, and red onion over the sauce, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 9-11 minutes until the crust is lightly browned and the cheese is bubbling.
  7. Remove the pizza from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and garnish with cilantro.
