- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan by spraying it with baking spray, then line with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

- Layer the sweetened flaked coconut over the crust. Sprinkle with white chocolate chips, dried pineapple, and macadamia nuts.
- Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk mixture evenly across all layers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 23 to 27 minutes. Check for doneness around the 20-minute mark.
- Cool completely at room temperature, then use parchment paper to lift the bars from the pan and slice.
