Instructions
  1. Preheat your Traeger smoker to 275°F.
  2. Pat dry the spare ribs with paper towels and trim any excess fat.
  3. Coat the ribs evenly with yellow mustard on both sides.
  4. Generously sprinkle BBQ rub over the mustard-coated ribs and massage it into the meat.
  5. Place the seasoned ribs into the preheated smoker, away from direct heat, and smoke for about 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 185°F.
  6. Brush BBQ sauce onto the ribs and continue smoking until the internal temperature is between 202-205°F, about an additional 30-60 minutes.
  7. Remove the ribs from the smoker, wrap in foil, and let rest for at least 1-2 hours.
