- Preheat your Traeger smoker to 275°F.
- Pat dry the spare ribs with paper towels and trim any excess fat.
- Coat the ribs evenly with yellow mustard on both sides.
- Generously sprinkle BBQ rub over the mustard-coated ribs and massage it into the meat.
- Place the seasoned ribs into the preheated smoker, away from direct heat, and smoke for about 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 185°F.
- Brush BBQ sauce onto the ribs and continue smoking until the internal temperature is between 202-205°F, about an additional 30-60 minutes.
- Remove the ribs from the smoker, wrap in foil, and let rest for at least 1-2 hours.

Store leftover ribs in an airtight container for up to 3 days or wrap and freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat gently in the oven at 300°F.
