Dough Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let sit until frothy, about 5–10 minutes.
- Stir in flour, salt, and olive oil until a shaggy dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm area for about 2 hours.
- Once risen, punch down the dough gently and transfer to a greased rectangular pan, stretching to cover.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) while the dough rests for an additional 30 minutes.
Baking Instructions
- Spread cheese over the dough, followed by pizza sauce and your favorite vegetables.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes until edges are golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove and let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
