Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 20 cookies Oreo Cookies Crushed
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted
For the Strawberry Mousse
  • 4.5 oz Strawberry Flavored Gelatin
  • 2/3 cup Water For dissolving gelatin
  • 3/4 cup Strawberry Greek Yogurt Cold
  • 1 cup Strawberries Diced
  • 1 1/4 cups Cool Whip Or homemade whipped cream
For the Cheesecake Layer
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar Adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Cool Whip Reserved from the mousse layer
For the Blueberry Mousse
  • 4.5 oz Blueberry Flavored Gelatin
  • 1/2 cup Blueberry Greek Yogurt Cold
  • 1 cup Blueberries Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Cool Whip Reserved from the mousse layer
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream Leftover Cool Whip or homemade
  • 6 oz White Chocolate Shredded

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if you plan to bake the crust; otherwise, prepare it without baking. Combine crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish to form the crust. Set aside to cool.
  3. Dissolve the strawberry flavored gelatin in 2/3 cup of water over medium heat. Mix with cold strawberry Greek yogurt and diced strawberries.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip and spread the strawberry mousse over the crust.
  5. In a bowl, mix remaining Cool Whip with powdered sugar to create the cheesecake layer. Spread it over the strawberry layer.
  6. Dissolve the blueberry flavored gelatin in 2/3 cup of water. Blend with blueberry Greek yogurt and blueberries, then fold in Cool Whip.
  7. Spread the blueberry mousse on top of the cheesecake layer.
  8. Spread an additional layer of Cool Whip on the blueberry mousse and garnish with shredded white chocolate.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for 5-6 hours, preferably overnight.
