  • 1 cup English cucumber
  • 1 cup Grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup Bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup Red onion or green onions
For the Dressing & Flavor
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup Black olives optional
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley
For the Creaminess
  • 1 cup Feta cheese
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Prep the vegetables: dice cucumber, halve grape tomatoes, and chop bell pepper and red onion.
  3. Combine cooled pasta with chopped vegetables, Italian dressing, and black olives. Toss gently.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then fold in crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
