Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare a baking sheet with wax paper for non-stick surface.
  2. Mix softened butter, white cake mix, and heat-treated flour until thick like cookie dough, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Fold in watermelon extract and pink gel food coloring, then mix in mini chocolate chips.
  4. Form balls of dough of 1.5-2 tablespoons each and place on prepared baking sheet. Freeze for about 10 minutes.
  5. Melt Wilton green candy melts in microwave in intervals of 30-40 seconds until smooth.
  6. Dip cooled truffles in melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage. Return to wax paper.
  7. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until chocolate hardens. Enjoy your truffles!
