Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash 2 ripe bananas until smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix in ½ cup peanut butter and 1 tablespoon coconut oil until well combined.
  4. Gradually add 1½ cups oat flour, stirring until a firm dough forms.
  5. Shape small portions of dough into logs about ½ inch thick and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or adjust for firmness according to preference.
  7. Cool the chew sticks completely on the baking sheet before serving.
  8. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge or freeze them for later.
