  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened chocolate chips darker chips recommended
For the Cookie Dough Layer
  • 1/2 cup protein powder any flavored protein works well
  • 1/2 cup oat flour almond flour can be used as a substitute
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk any plant-based milk works
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup agave syrup can be used as a substitute
  • 1/4 cup additional chocolate chips

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the chocolate chips for the yogurt layer, and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix the protein powder, oat flour, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dairy-free milk and stir until combined, then sweeten with maple syrup and fold in additional chocolate chips.
  5. Layer the yogurt mixture halfway into molds, followed by the cookie dough layer.
  6. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours until solid.
  7. Let sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before serving.
