Step-by-Step Instructions for Frozen Blueberry Yogurt Clusters
  1. Prepare the baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt with dried frozen blueberries. Stir until well blended.
  3. Use a tablespoon or a cookie scoop to gather about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and drop onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the clusters freeze for 1 to 1.5 hours or until firm.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  6. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate using two forks. Place back onto the baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired. Return the clusters to the freezer for another 10 minutes to set the chocolate.
