  • 12 ounces jumbo pasta shells Cook just until al dente
  • 2 cups cooked turkey Shredded or chopped
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes Can use leftovers
  • 1 cup celery, diced Can swap with bell peppers
  • 1 cup yellow onion, diced Finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Garlic powder can work
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Can substitute with mozzarella or fontina
  • 1 cup gravy Use homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup bread stuffing Great for leftover stuffing
  • to taste salt & pepper Essential for seasoning
For the Topping
  • 1 cup extra shredded cheese For topping
  • 1 cup leftover stuffing Adds crunch and flavor

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 1.5-quart baking dish.
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water for 8-9 minutes until al dente, then drain and rinse.
  3. In a bowl, mix chopped turkey, mashed potatoes, onion, celery, garlic, and half of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread ¾ cup of gravy on the bottom of the baking dish and fill each pasta shell with the turkey mixture.
  5. Sprinkle leftover stuffing on top, drizzle remaining gravy, and layer with the rest of the cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley or chives, and serve warm.
