  2. Place about 2 pounds of chicken thighs in the bottom of your slow cooker. Pour the prepared peanut sauce over the chicken, ensuring that each piece is coated.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until the chicken is tender.
  4. Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken inside the slow cooker and stir it into the peanut sauce.
