Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, ¾ cup of granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of fresh orange juice, ⅓ cup of vegetable oil, and 1 large egg.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in 1 cup of fresh cranberries and ½ cup of chopped walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into your greased loaf pan.
  7. Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 55-60 minutes.
  8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
